Standing Shoulder Stability Sequence
Designed for anyone who wants to restore stability to their shoulder girdle and pelvis, this 17-minute sequence uses a resistance band to help you perform three powerful moves from our NeuroStrength Program: Monster Side Step, Standing Arm Fans, and Shoulder Floats. You can perform this sequence using the Light Performance Band or the regular Performance Band. Combine this sequence with the Upper Body Stability Sequence for an even more comprehensive shoulder stability map.
If you’re new to MELT, skip this sequence and work with the videos in our Getting Started section and MELT Performance Program for at least 3-4 weeks before trying this sequence.
