This series is designed for experienced MELTers who are dealing with pelvic or SI joint dysfunction, pelvic pain, incontinence, or prolapse. For best results, perform each video 1-2x per week, then mix and match the videos to diversify your MELT practice. If you’re new to MELT, save this series for later and try the Rebalance Sequence and Lower Body Compression Sequence 3-4 times per week for at least 2 weeks before starting this series.
