Learn how to use the foundational sequences and treatments to boost your body’s resilience and vitality and alleviate aches and pains. The MELT Fundamentals Series features the companion videos to The MELT Method book and provides you with beginner-level sequences and treatments to get started with your MELT practice. From videos that address the hands, feet, legs, and hips to sequences that address the low back, upper back, neck, and spine, there's something for everyone in this foundational series.

For best results, mix and match the sequences and treatments together, pairing them up on different days and in unique combinations to create different body benefits. Remember MELT's indirect-before-direct approach: If you have neck pain, make the Neck Release Sequence the last thing you practice, prefacing it with other videos like the Mini Hand Treatment or Upper or Lower Body Compression Sequences. Similarly, if you had low back pain, the best course of action would be to practice the Mini Foot Treatment, Rebalance Sequence, and Lower Body Compression Sequence for a few weeks, only adding the Low Back Release Sequence once your body is ready for more.
