What’s better than meeting your fitness and self-care goals? Crushing them. Whether you’re an experienced MELTer, fitness junky, athlete, or someone who wants to create a home workout routine, this 8-week series has the classes you need to take your fitness to the next level. You’ll build strength, tone your muscles, increase flexibility, and boost your confidence with these challenging NeuroStrength classes.

For optimal results, perform these videos 3-4x per week and vary which Goal Crusher classes you perform. If you’re following along as new videos are released, you can integrate classes from our Summer Strength Series as well. Be sure to take at least 2 recovery days each week, practicing any of the videos in our Classes > Recovery category.

GOAL CRUSHER TIPS:

  • Set clear, measurable goals
  • Write your goals down on a sticky note and place it somewhere you’ll see daily
  • Schedule your MELT sessions and block out at least 3x per week on your calendar
  • Track your progress and record your gains in a journal or digital app
  • Share your results with a friend or better yet, get a friend to MELT with you! Accountability makes a big difference when you want to achieve your goals.
