Sternal Release Sequence
Use this 15-minute sequence to reduce fascial restrictions around the rib cage that cause neck and shoulder pain, and rehydrate your chest, shoulder blades, and upper back. You will always practice the Sternal Decompress as part of an upper body sequence, never as a standalone move. Perform this sequence no more than 2x per week for best results.
If you are new to MELT, skip this sequence for now and work instead with the Beginner Sequences for 3-4 weeks before trying this advanced sequence.
