Learn how to help your nervous system function more efficiently, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve diaphragmatic and pelvic motion with the Rebalance Sequence. This foundational sequence is great for new MELTers and can be practiced on its own or added to any other sequence. Always perform your Rest Assess before and after this sequence to notice the body-wide changes you created.
While this sequence is traditionally performed using the MELT Soft Roller, if you have a scoliosis, we recommend using the Soft Half Roller with the flat side up to provide even more support for your spine. You can also use the Soft Half Roller with the flat side down if you feel unbalanced and need to be closer to the floor.
TOOLS YOU NEED: MELT Soft Roller or Soft Half Roller
