Whether you’re dealing with pelvic or SI joint dysfunction, pelvic pain, incontinence, or prolapse, this 30-minute map will help reestablish the connection to the deep intrinsic muscles of your pelvic floor and reintegrate the timing of your hips.
Part 1 in our Pelvic Floor Restore Series features a special Lower Body Compression Sequence, Rebalance Sequence, moves from our MELT Performance Program, and a Neck Release Sequence. If you’re new to MELT, practice the Rebalance Sequence 3-4 times per week for at least 2 weeks before trying this map.
