Intermediate Upper Body Compression Sequence
Use this 8-minute sequence to rehydrate your upper body, reduce stuck stress in the mid-back and upper back – including pain caused by tech neck and dowager’s hump – and as an indirect treatment for low back and neck pain. This intermediate sequence is ideal for new MELTers who have practiced the Basic Upper Body Compression Sequence. For best results, glide on only 1-2 vertebrae at a time to keep your compression local and specific.
