Basic Low Back Release Sequence

The Basic Low Back Release Sequence is a 10-minute video designed to be performed after you have reconnected, rebalanced, and rehydrated your body. This sequence offers a direct treatment for low back and hip pain, as well as an indirect treatment for neck and upper body pain.

Important: If you have low back pain, skip this video for now and work with the Mini Soft Ball Foot Treatment, Rebalance Sequence, and Upper and Lower Body Compression Sequences for 2-3 weeks before adding this sequence to your practice. This indirect before direct approach will help better prepare your body for MELT Release techniques.
